This writer and his colleagues recently stayed at the hotel for a few nights while reporting on celebrations for Lao New Year, Visit Laos Year and the declaration of Luang Prabang’s conversion from a town to a city.
We found it to be a very nice place for relaxing because of its natural surroundings in the heart of the town centre. The staff are very friendly and always warmly welcome guests. They are also great at offering advice that helps guests plan their day. The rooms are luxurious and clean and the food is very tasty.
Special thanks to the hotel owner for providing us with free accommodation and to the staff for their warm welcome and good service.
The hotel opened last September and has drawn a large number of customers from all walks of life, including popular model Louknum (Thidalat Vongsili), who stayed here during the recent Lao New Year while on a modelling assignment in Luang Prabang.
General Manager Mr Bounkhong Phonesavath said “Our hotel offers cheap and reasonable prices and focuses on cleanliness, convenience, warmth, security and good service. We are especially focused on all this for Visit Laos Year.”
The hotel’s owner, Ms Sisamouth Khattiyalath, said “Although it’s a new hotel, it focuses on ensuring good quality and standard services. It can serve local and international customers and we will try our best to satisfy them.”
