Vientiane police recently seized over 2,000kg of seafood purchased from a neighbouring country, flouting the ban on the import of seafood which was introduced at the end of last year. - Covid-19 taskforce shutters places visited by infected woman
The Vientiane Taskforce Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control has ordered the temporary closure of several places thought to be at risk of spreading the virus after two more cases of Covid-19 were confirmed on Tuesday. The closure order will remain in force until May 4.
