Eight people sustained injures on Friday when the minibus they were travelling in overturned at the top of Phou Kao Lak (9-km Mountain) on the road heading north from Kasy district in Vientiane province to Nan district in Luang Prabang province.
A staffer at the Traffic Police Office said the driver of the minibus apparently lost control when negotiating a downward slope.
