Lao and Chinese education officials on Saturday gather for the opening of the 2024 ASEAN-China Education Expo at the Confucius Institute, National University of Laos in Vientiane. The expo provided information about undergraduate and graduate schools in China as well as Chinese government scholarships and Chinese university scholarships.

South China Agricultural University (SCAU) sets up a booth along with other Chinese universities and educational institutions at the 2024 ASEAN-China Education Expo, which took place on December 7 at the Confucius Institute, National University of Laos in Vientiane. SCAU is a key university in China and a top university in Guangdong, listed in China’s “Double-First Class University Programme”. Founded in 1909, SCAU has developed into a multi-disciplinary, comprehensive university comprising the disciplines of agriculture, engineering, liberal arts, science, economics, management, law, and art, specialising in agricultural science and biological science.
