The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and UN-Habitat have launched a transformative three-year initiative, to strengthen Laos’ adaptive capacity by integrating climate change considerations into national and sub-national planning processes.

- Education ministry takes steps to prevent cheating during school exams

The Ministry of Education and Sports has set up a taskforce to oversee the Grades 4 and 7 final school year exams and ensure that no irregularities occur before or after the tests.
The move is aimed at preventing any form of malpractice, particularly the buying and selling of exam questions and answers.
