Phongsubthavy Group presents vehicles, cash to response Covid-I9 pandimic
 
In response to the COVID-I9 outbreak, the Phongsubthavy Group Sole Company Limited yesterday donated vehicles and 2,184 million kip to the government.
 The donations were made by the Managing Director of the Phongsubthavy Group, Mr Somlath Mekakath, to the Minister of Heath, Dr Bounfeng Phoummalaisith. The ceremony was attended by company representatives and relevant officials.
 The vehicles include three FORD Ranger 4WD pickups, worth 1,184 million kip. They were donated for the inspection and response team of the Ministry of Public Health. This will help in collecting virus samples and help contain its spread.
One billion kips will be provided to the medical staff to fight the deadly virus.
The company recently presented 8,000 doses of COVID-I9 vaccines to the security sector of the country amounting to US$2 million or 20 billion kips.
The vaccines were presented by the Phongsubthavy Group President, Mr Phongsavath Senaphuan, to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Head of National Taskforce Committee, Associate Professor Dr Kikeo Khaykhamphithoune, attended by Prime Minister, Phankham Viphavanh.
The company also planned to assist with more medical equipment and cash to other provinces within the country.
