FoxAI, LaoVietBank launch KPI performance system for sales team

FoxAI Technology Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Lao-Viet Joint Venture Bank (LaoVietBank), has launched the KPI Performance Management System Project to enhance performance oversight, risk management, and strategic planning for the bank’s sales team.
The official launch ceremony, held in Vientiane on Monday, was attended by senior representatives from both organisations.
LaoVietBank was represented by its Deputy Chief Executive Officers, Mr Vongdeuane Yayongkai, Mr Viengvilay Sengkhamyong, and Mr Sommy Vongsoulin.
FoxAI was represented by its Chairman, Mr Ha Quoc Thach, Chief Executive Officer, Mr Le Viet Truong, and the Managing Director of FoxAI Laos, Mr Kalouna Keolakhone.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Le Viet Truong, reaffirmed FoxAI’s commitment to delivering high-quality services and sustainable value by integrating FoxAI Native’s AI-powered Project Assistant into the implementation process.

He noted that the partnership aims to build a strong technological foundation for LaoVietBank, supporting both immediate operational improvements and long-term strategic goals.
Once implemented, the system is expected to deliver measurable benefits, including optimised sales team performance, enhanced executive oversight, and stronger risk management capabilities. It will also support LaoVietBank’s ambition to expand its market presence and strengthen competitiveness in the Lao banking sector.
The project is part of LaoVietBank’s strategic efforts to modernise internal systems in response to growing business demands. It is designed to improve the management of staff performance through clear and measurable KPIs, providing the bank’s leadership with a data-driven foundation for decision-making.
Bank officials said that the system will enable more effective monitoring of business operations, support the early identification of risks, and enhance transparency across the organisation.
Furthermore, it will enable LaoVietBank to plan long-term business development based on accurate, real-time performance data.
After a detailed evaluation of regional technology providers, LaoVietBank selected FoxAI because of the company’s extensive experience in implementing enterprise management and SAP-based systems for financial institutions. FoxAI’s scalable technology solutions, combined with its advisory support on KPI frameworks and internal governance, were key factors in the decision.
FoxAI Lao Co Ltd, the company’s local subsidiary, is headquartered on the sixth floor of the VietinBank Building on Lanexang Avenue in Chanthabouly district. Its local presence allows for faster support and better understanding of the cultural and business environment in Laos.
LaoVietBank and FoxAI officials expressed confidence the project will mark an important step forward in the digital transformation of banking operations in Laos.
