Breaking News: Dr Sonexay Siphandone has been elected President of the National Assembly.

Dr Sonexay, the former Prime Minister, was elected on Monday morning by the Second Ordinary Session of the National Assembly’s 10th Legislature, succeeding Dr Xaysomphone Phomvihane, who passed away in August.
