Inauguration of office building in Latsavong Square

The Latsavong Square office building, an investment by Latsavong Development Co., Ltd., has been completed and a grand ceremony was held on September 29, 2023. 
Laos’ Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, General Chansamone Chanyalath, led the relevant leaders of the Ministry of National Defence, the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Vientiane Transport Department to attend the ceremony and inspect the construction site of the Wanda Vista Vientiane Hotel.
General Chansamone highlighted that this project is a model of China-Laos cooperation as part of the Belt and Road Initiative and a demonstration project for building a China-Laos community with a shared future. Once completed, the project will become a beautiful business card for Laos to attract overseas tourists.
The project consists of the Wanda Vista Vientiane Hotel, a 5A office building, serviced apartments, and the Wanda Plaza (including a duty-free shopping mall), which is currently the largest single area, the tallest building, and the most beautiful floodlit building in Laos.
The completion of the Office marks a new milestone in the construction of the Office, which means that from October the office can accept globally renowned companies from all over the world.
At the inauguration ceremony, the management team of the Wanda Vista Vientiane Hotel made a collective appearance and took a photo with the Deputy Premier. It is reported that construction of the Wanda Vista Vientiane Hotel has entered an accelerated stage and there will be a grand opening in January 2024.
We believe that through the efforts of all participating units, the Wanda Vista Vientiane Hotel will be ready in time to serve the Asean (Association of the Southeast Asia Nations) Summit next year with ultimate service levels and highest standards.
