UniOps launches all-in-one digital platform to simplify business operations in Laos
A new all-in-one business management platform, UniOps, has been launched in Laos, offering local businesses an integrated digital solution to streamline operations, reduce administrative workloads and improve efficiency as the country advances its digital transformation.
Developed by CITS and Unity Crest, UniOps brings together accounting, human resources, payroll, sales, customer relationship management, project management and other essential business functions within a single cloud-based platform.
The platform is designed particularly for small and growing businesses seeking affordable digital tools to manage their operations more effectively and support long-term growth.
UniOps was officially launched at Holiday Inn Vientiane on October 17, bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, partners and prospective customers for live demonstrations of the platform. In attendance were Managing Directors of CITS Ms Khamsy Chansamai and Ms Khammany Phommachanh as well as Director of Unity Crest Mr Rohan Chandarana.
The launch comes as businesses increasingly seek digital solutions to simplify operations, improve productivity and strengthen competitiveness.
Many companies continue to rely on separate applications, spreadsheets and manual processes to manage accounting, employee attendance, customer interactions and projects. Such fragmented systems can create inefficiencies, increase administrative workloads and limit management’s ability to monitor business performance.
UniOps aims to address these challenges by consolidating essential business functions into one system, providing real-time information to support faster and better-informed decisions.
Speaking at the launch, Business Development Executive at UniOps, Mr Casey Tolzman, highlighted the company’s commitment to simplifying business operations.
“We are here because we want to eliminate chaos,” Mr Tolzman said.
The platform integrates financial management, human resources, attendance tracking, sales, inventory, customer support and project management, alongside built-in artificial intelligence-assisted capabilities.
A key feature of UniOps is its affordability and flexibility, making integrated business management technology accessible to enterprises at different stages of development.
The company has introduced a free plan alongside subscription packages starting at less than 210,000 kip per month, enabling smaller businesses to adopt digital management tools at relatively low cost.
For larger organisations, UniOps offers enterprise solutions, including on-premise installations, customised integrations and dedicated technical support.
The company has also developed a five-step onboarding process covering account setup, data migration, user training and local implementation support to help businesses transition smoothly to the platform.
“UniOps is designed to help organisations spend less time managing software and more time growing their business,” the company stated during the launch presentation.
“By bringing critical functions onto a single platform, businesses gain the visibility and control needed to make better decisions and scale confidently.”
The introduction of UniOps is expected to create new opportunities for Lao businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, to modernise management practices and improve operational efficiency.
By combining affordability, integrated technology and local support, the platform aims to help businesses embrace digital transformation and strengthen their capacity for sustainable growth.
The launch event also introduced Voltey Pulse, an AI-powered health and wellness wearable developed by the same team.
The screen-free smart band and intelligent mobile application are designed to monitor heart rate, sleep, stress and recovery while providing personalised health insights. Additional features include AI-assisted calorie tracking, fitness coaching, and integrated healthcare services.
Voltey Pulse will launch first in Laos, with pre-orders available at US$69.
