Managing Director of LXML, Mr Saman Aneka, expressed appreciation for the recognition.
“This award reflects the collective commitment of our employees, contractors, government partners, and communities. We remain fully dedicated to responsible mining, environmental stewardship, and generating lasting value for the Lao PDR,” he said.
LXML has maintained this honour continuously since becoming an LNCCI member, reflecting the company’s strong and ongoing performance as a responsible investor and development partner in Laos.
This latest recognition comes alongside several prestigious achievements recently received by LXML, including ASEAN Minerals Award 2025 – Best Practices in Metallic Mineral Mining, ASEAN Occupational Safety and Health Award 2025 and Five-Year (2020–2024) 1st Category Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Finance for outstanding taxpayer contributions.
These achievements highlight LXML’s consistent leadership in mining excellence, safety, and responsible corporate citizenship—both nationally and regionally.
LXML is also the only mining company in Laos to have maintained an ‘A+ Rating’ from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce every year since 2016. Additionally, LXML has upheld Category A certification in environmental stewardship since 2023, reinforcing its position as a model mining operation.
LXML continues to create shared value through job creation, capacity building, community development, heritage preservation, and support to local suppliers—contributing significantly to sustainable development in Vilabouly district, Savannakhet drovince, Laos.
