Established in 2016, Toyo Industry Lao Factory Sole Company Limited has quickly emerged as a leader in the production of high quality pipes and equipment for various water supply systems.
The products include urban flood drainage, irrigation systems, garden farm water systems, pipe systems in the mining industry, telecommunication cables, and electrical cables, with a production capacity of over 100,000 tons a year.
With a commitment to innovation and technology, the company has set its sights on not only meeting local demand but also expanding into international markets. Toyo Lao operates a local factory that leverages modern technology sourced from the European Union and America. This facility can manufacture pipes ranging from 16mm to DN 1600mm.
The five categories of products produced at the Toyo Pipe Factory adhere to rigorous international standards, including HDPE pipe (ISO 4427, DIN 8074/8075, AS/NZS 4130); U-PVC pipe (ISO 1452, ISO 4422); PVC pipe (TIS 17 2532); PPR pipe (DIN 8077); and DWC pipe (EN13476, ISO 21138), ensuring reliability and performance in diverse applications.
The factory’s operational excellence is underpinned by a highly skilled technical team with over 20 years of experience in the industry. By implementing proven management methodologies such as the 5S system, Kaizen, and Planning Doing Checking-Acting (PDCA), and 4 M: Man Material Machine-Method and 1T: Timeframe (4M and 1T), Toyo Lao maximises efficiency and maintains the highest standards of production.
The company’s commitment to quality is further reinforced by its standardised laboratory system, certified by the Department of Standardisation and Metrology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Toyo Lao’s commitment to quality has earned it a solid reputation in both the domestic and international markets. The company’s products are utilised by major stakeholders, including the Lao Water Supply State Enterprise, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), JICA, special economic zones, and various international organisations.
