LK Group expands ‘Life Together’ initiatives to boost economic development and community welfare

The LK Group is stepping up its long-term commitment to community development through its flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme “LK Group Life Together”, which focuses on improving economic opportunities and enhancing quality of life for vulnerable groups across Laos.
The cornerstone of LK Group’s CSR initiative, “LK Group Life Together”, is its commitment to supporting local communities. The LK Group actively engages in various events, particularly assisting in the transportation of essential goods and supplies to marginalised areas.
This includes support for the national Taekwondo team, transportation of Taekwondo competition equipment, delivery of more than 50 laptops to ageing rural schools, and ensuring that all donated items needed for the Lao national baseball team and local events reach government organisations and individuals in need.

This support for transportation is primarily conducted through LK Trading, a transport and trading company within the LK Group.
This collaboration enables efficient logistics solutions for delivering essential supplies. Furthermore, the LK Group consistently supports the logistics for transporting goods to marginalised communities and impoverished areas.
In addition to these ongoing efforts, the LK Group empowers small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) facing challenges in establishing logistics operations abroad.
By offering access to its warehouses, including general and refrigerated storage facilities, the company enables local businesses to thrive in a competitive market.
The LK Group, based on its commitment to long-term social contribution activities, has so far provided approximately 462 million Korean won for its CSR initiatives.
Moving forward, the group will expand these activities by building closer networks with local and global organisations and partner agencies.
Through this, the LK Group’s support for the development of Laos will be steadfast and impactful, and it will act as a reliable partner in fostering social progress and economic growth in the region.
