Australian-supported Lao PDR Clean Energy Day 2026 convened government, private sector and development partners to discuss opportunities for renewable energy investment and greater regional power-grid integration.
The event helped strengthen dialogue between key stakeholders and showcased pathways to expand clean energy development, support economic resilience and advance Laos' role in the regional energy transition.
Organised by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and EnergyLab Asia, with support from the Australian Government through the Mekong-Australia Partnership (MAP).
