Lao Wood Furniture Expo 2025 highlights local craftsmanship and innovation

Vientiane is hosting the 9th Lao Wood Furniture Expo at the ITECC Exhibition Hall from March 8 to 16, 2025. The event, organised by the Lao Furniture Association in partnership with Lao ITECC, features more than 100 furniture shops from across Laos.
The President of the Lao Furniture Association, Mr Thongdam Sihamaya, emphasised the significance of the expo, and said: “This event aims to boost the domestic economy and foster continuous development in the Lao furniture industry. We have gathered and selected high-quality furniture to provide Vientiane residents with an exceptional shopping experience.”

The annual expo has become a key platform for showcasing the craftsmanship and creativity of Lao furniture makers. This year, attendees can explore a wide variety of furniture, making it an ideal event for those seeking to enhance their home interiors or purchase unique New Year’s gifts.
In addition to the wide selection of furniture, visitors who spend 200,000 kip or more at the expo will be eligible for special prizes, including discounts and gifts, offered by the Lao Furniture Association.
