There will also be collaboration in advertising and mobilising people to change their thinking to use organic agricultural products and recommend ways to use organic fertiliser (microbes) and other organic products.
The two partners will also cooperate in research activities, create a technology transfer plan, and build an organic fertiliser factory in Laos.
Both sides will make suggestions to the governments of their countries to increase comprehensive cooperation, especially in the field of organic agriculture and sustainable agricultural rotation for Vietnam and Laos.
At the same time, PSVG will also prepare finances for the Que Lam Group to help in building staff, and handing over production technology for organic agriculture and rotational agriculture in the future.
Prior to the signing of these important cooperation agreements between PSVG and the Que Lam Group, a Lao delegation from Phaiboun Trading Export-Import Company Limited travelled together with senior officials from the Lao Front for National Development to visit the bio-fertiliser factory owned by the Que Lam Group in Vinh Phuc province and toured various agricultural production facilities in Vietnam from July 24-26, 2022.
After visiting and exchanging lessons with each other, Phaiboun Export-Import Trade Company Limited, PSVG and the Que Lam Group agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on the evening of July 26, 2022.
From November 12 to 13, 2022, a delegation from PSVG travelled with a delegation from the LFND on a working visit to Thua Thien Hue province. The delegation was welcomed by provincial representatives.
On the same occasion, they visited and exchanged lessons at the central Que Lam biofertiliser factory on the production and processing group of food crops, organic agricultural products and an organic pig farming cooperative group under the Que Lam Group.
‘‘In order to continue the bilateral cooperation between the two companies and bring it to fruition, both parties will meet for the third time to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in project activities related to modern agriculture,” Mr Phousavanh said.
At the same signing ceremony, Mr Nguyen Thanh Vinh said his company and PSVG signed a cooperation pact to determine future business cooperation on organic agriculture and fertiliser production.
“Our company has a long history of expertise in the production of organic fertiliser and production chains in organic agriculture using advanced technology,” he said, adding that further cooperation will bolster existing mutual cooperation at all levels of the public and private sectors of the two countries.
