The Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Laos on Tuesday hosted a photo exhibition and commemorative ceremony to mark the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025).
The exhibition was displayed in the Vietnamese Embassy compound and the visitors were guided by the Vietnamese Ambassador to Laos, Mr Nguyen Minh Tam.
The photos paid tribute to the historic struggle and unbreakable solidarity between Vietnam and Laos, celebrating the shared sacrifices and victories of their peoples.......More>>>

Police manning a checkpoint in Tonpheung district, Bokeo province, on Monday attempted to stop a 10-wheel truck to inspect the load it was carrying, but the driver carried on through without stopping. After pursuing the vehicle, police found it abandoned just 300 metres away and discovered that the truck was carrying a huge stash of amphetamine pills while the driver had fled the scene.......More>>>
