In challenging times, sectors and agencies should not apportion blame but instead, educate themselves, be creative and work together for the betterment of all, he explained.
Khammuan provincial officials reported on the implementation of the resolutions of the 10th Party Congress and on preparations for the Party’s Eleventh Congress, which will take place in early 2021.
They emphasised notable achievements, especially the political ideology of party members, officials, military, and police, which is getting stronger every day.
Officials hailed rural development and poverty reduction work in the province which has reduced the number of poor families to 684.
Despite setbacks from natural disasters and the outbreak of COVID-19, economic development is continuing throughout the province, and this was making an essential contribution to Khammuan’s political, social and political stability while continuously improving the livelihoods of ethnic people.
